Independence Day 2025 Celebration at Navsamaj Welfare Society, Rajokari Pahari
On 15th August 2025, Navsamaj Welfare Society proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day of our nation with great zeal and enthusiasm at Rajokari Pahari Slum Area, New Delhi-110038. The event brought together children, women, youth, and elders from the community to honor the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and to cherish the spirit of unity and patriotism.
The program began with the unfurling of the National Flag by the President of Navsamaj Welfare Society, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The air was filled with tricolour decorations, patriotic songs, and the vibrant energy of the community. Children from the Shiksha Kendra and Mahila Silai Kendra performed cultural programs including patriotic dances, songs, and speeches, showcasing their love for the country and their talents.
Special emphasis was laid on spreading awareness about our duties as responsible citizens, the importance of education, and the need to work together for the upliftment of underprivileged communities. The event also included the distribution of sweets, refreshments, and educational materials among children, bringing smiles to many young faces.
